These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Web site identified by the domain name www.apex.uk.net ('the Site'), which is operated by Apex Engineering Service Ltd. (‘the Company', 'we', 'us'). By using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other guidelines or rules applicable to particular services or schemes, which may be accessible or posted on the Site from time to time. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, the Company formally requests that he/she does not use the Site. The Company’s liability shall not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by The Company’s negligent act or omission.

Any dealings the User has with third parties via the Site are the User’s responsibility. Should a dispute arise between the User and any third party due to the use of the Site, the Company will do its best to assist the resolution of said dispute but will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may be suffered as a result.

Severability

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted within the laws of England and Wales.
